GENERAL
"We", "Us" or "I Love Afro" means I Love Afro Ltd.

PRICES
All our prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and exclude postage & packaging fees.  The cost of our ingredients & packaging materials vary and we therefore reserve the right to change our product prices without prior notice. This does not apply to orders already placed & paid in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
All orders will be processed & dispatched upon receipt of payment in full.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our Products are handmade which may result in slight variations in product colour, consistency or packaging. This does not affect the quality of the product.

Postage and packing are as follows:

UK Delivery
Standard (3-5 days) - from £3.99 (delivered by Courier Hermes or Royal Mail signed for)
Royal Mail 1st Signed For (1-3 days) - from £4.99

Europe and Rest of the World
International Signed (Europe) (3-5 days) - from £12.40
International Signed (Rest of the World) (6-15 days) - from £17.50


Express Delivery
If you require express delivery, please contact us before you submit your order and this can be arranged separately either by courier or special delivery.  Express post is between 1-3 working days. 

We reserve the right to change and amend our postage prices at any time but this does not affect any orders which have been placed and paid in full.

All orders placed over a bank holiday or public holiday will be processed on the next available working day.  However, we accept no responsibility for loss of items or delivery delays.

At present we only supply to countries part of the EEC.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our company we are unable to accept returns on any tailor-made products.  We accept returns within 14 days on all items that have been unused and in resaleable condition. We therefore encourage all first time customers to buy a travel size product ensuring they are happy with the results of that product before committing to purchase a larger size. 

FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your products are faulty or you have received an incorrect order please notify us within 5 days of receipt.

All return costs will be the responsibility of I Love Afro for faulty products only.

We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit.  However we will inform the parties involved and customers will be compensated.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order at anytime before dispatch. We are unable to cancel your order after it has been dispatched as this will constitute a return which we do not accept.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

SHELF LIFE
Our products are preserved with Phenoxyethanol (a mild preservative).  All our products should be used before their best before date as all active ingredients are at their optimum.  If you choose to use your products after the best before date the quality may deteriorate. To ensure the utmost freshness please keep them in a cool dry place. Please avoid stocking up on products, you are best buying only what you are likely to use within a few months.

PRODUCT STORAGE
All products are checked carefully before they are dispatched to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration of the product due to incorrect storage - i.e.  exposure to direct sunlight, frost, humidity or heat. The customer should ensure that the products are kept in a cool and dry place, or some products as directed refrigerated in warmer climates. All bottled products, such as moisturisers, shampoos and conditioners, should be shaken well before use.

If oil separation should occur in any of your creams of lotions, please shake well until product returns to its normal consistency. Oil separation does not affect the quality of any I Love Afro products.

HEALTH & SAFETY
We do not accept responsibility for the misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the product as directed and check with a professional if in doubt.

By purchasing our products you recognise and accept the fact that some ingredients may cause irritation or sensitivity to certain individuals.  I Love Afro will not be held responsible for such occurrences.

Please read the ingredients on the label to ensure you do not have any allergies to our ingredients and if any allergy occurs you discontinue use immediately and seek professional advice. We encourage those with sensitive skin to request unscented products and perform a patch test on skin before use.

COMPLAINTS
I Love Afro endeavours to deal with all complaints promptly and amicably.  If you have an issue with a product, the Website or anything in relation to I Love Afro Ltd, please do not hesitate to contact us at either info@iloveafro.co.uk or by using the "Contact Us" page on the Website.

DISCLAIMER
All information on our Website is provided for information purposes only.  All advice and research is not intended to diagnose, prescribe or replace the advice of professionals.

I Love Afro Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of information or products. All representations relating to purpose of use are excluded to the full extent permitted by law and we accept no liability.

PRIVACY
We collect Personal Information that you provide to us voluntarily, which is used for the following:

- to complete and send out orders
- to become an I Love Afro Subscriber
- to respond to requests or complaints.

All payments made through the I Love Afro Website are via PayPal and all information relating to the customer are not stored or held by I Love Afro Ltd. Any information provided to us voluntarily will under no circumstances be passed on to third parties
